The windows in Zion’s sanctuary were dedicated in a special ceremony August 23, 1883, as part of a new renovation of the church. It is unknown as to their replacement value today. However, they have been described by some historians as among the finest examples of combination glass, gold-leaf and paint church windows from the 1800s period.

The “Resurrection Window” depicts Jesus’ Easter Morning victory over the grave.
The insert quotes Jesus’ proclamation, “I am the Resurrection and the Life,” and is surrounded by four symbols each one representing the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
The window at left depicts Jesus blessing the children, while the window at right portrays The Sermon on the Mount. Both are given in memory of members of the Wolff family, prominent early leaders in Zion Church as well as the German Reformed denomination.
